Chasing Sunset Cafe is a popular seaside cafe at Crystal Bay Resort in Alai, with open views across the ocean towards Pulau Besar. Its cozy, casual setting and outdoor seating make it a natural place to watch the sunset over the coast.
The kitchen serves local Western-fusion favourites, light snacks and a broad drinks menu. Order a Chicken Chop, Buttermilk Chicken with Rice, grilled set, fried rice or spaghetti, then add Cheesy Loaded Fries, Keropok Lekor, Korean Spicy Chicken or Cekodok for the table.
Desserts include Pavlova, Burnt Cheesecake and Fruit Cheese Tarts. Drinks range from CS Signature Latte and Butterscotch Latte to mocktails, mojitos and frappe selections.
