Melaka’s biggest youth event of the year is pulling into Ayer Keroh, and this time every motorcycle is invited.
What’s on at MITC
The Melaka state government has confirmed the Karnival Anak Muda Negeri Melaka 2026 for 4 to 6 September at the Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC). The three-day carnival is built around a state-wide motorcycle gathering, giveaways and lucky draws, alongside spaces for young Melakans to show off talent and creative work.
The headline change this year is the motorcycle rally itself. Past editions were limited to RXZ models, but the 2026 gathering is open to any type of motorcycle, positioning it as the state’s largest bike meet-up yet.
Free t-shirts and a helmet lucky draw
Registered participants and visitors can pick up one of 20,000 free carnival t-shirts, with registration opening through the Japerun (Melaka Youth Development Department) channels. Everyone who registers is also entered into a lucky draw for one of 2,000 exclusive helmets, plus other prizes, with fresh draws held every two hours across all three days.
Planning your visit
MITC sits in Ayer Keroh, the same stretch of town as Zoo Melaka, so it’s an easy add-on if you’re already out that way in early September. If you plan to register for the giveaways, do it ahead of the carnival dates rather than trying to sign up at the gate.
