From 2 November 2026, all Melaka River Cruise passengers will board and disembark at Jeti Pengkalan Rama while Jeti Taman Rempah is upgraded. PPSPM is keeping the service running through the work, scheduled to finish on 1 March 2027.
Where to board
Go straight to Jeti Pengkalan Rama for the 45-minute cruise. When the improvement work at Taman Rempah ends, boarding returns to the original jetty.
Plan a riverfront evening
Walk through nearby Kampung Morten in the late afternoon, then board at Pengkalan Rama for a sunset ride on the Melaka River Cruise. The loop passes the village, river murals and old warehouses before returning to the jetty. Stay for dinner at a riverside café.
