Klebang’s warship display just grew again, and now there’s a confirmed way to get close to it on the water.

Five ships, not three

Five Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) vessels, KD Lekir, KD Terengganu, KD Laksamana Muhammad Amin, KD Gempita and KD Sri Indera Sakti, are anchored about two nautical miles off Pantai Klebang for the three-day National Day program running 29 to 31 August. That’s up from the three ships previously confirmed for the display.

Boat tours now have a schedule

Alongside the ships themselves, a boat service is now running from a jetty near Klebang to bring registered visitors closer to the fleet for a better look. Four sessions run daily across all three days, at 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am and 12:15pm.

The sessions are designed to keep visitor flow manageable and prioritise safety on the water, so expect capacity to be limited per trip.

Planning your visit

This builds on the free boarding on two of the warships already confirmed for the full three-day program. Pair your visit with the parking and shuttle arrangements, including the 13 named pickup points for the free shuttle fleet, and check the free entry to selected tourism spots available on 31 August. With five warships, boat tours and a full military carnival on one stretch of coast, arrive early if you want a spot on one of the morning sessions.
